Methodology
Negotiation & partnership building constitute a strategic set of leadership skills. Be it within your own organisation (with colleagues, team members, or board members), or externally with business partners or public authorities, negotiation helps make a difference: promote your viewpoint, convince others, create value, prevent tensions, solve conflicts, etc.
Effective negotiation is based on methods, techniques, and tools which can be learned. Building on your own experience, this masterclass will help you do “first things first” for more effective negotiations and partnership building, especially in international environments.
