The Saudi French Business Council (CAFS) organized a French delegation in collaboration with CCI France UAE during the period from November 26 to 28. The visit began with a welcoming meeting on November 26 at the Federation of Saudi Chambers.
The delegation, which included representatives from seven companies, expressed interest in exploring opportunities across various sectors of the Saudi market. The meeting was attended by CAFS members, as well as representatives from the French Embassy.
The agenda included the following presentations:
- Welcoming speech and introduction to the Saudi French Business Council (CAFS) by Dr. Mohamed Ben Laden, President of CAFS
- Overview of Saudi Arabia’s macro-economy by Mrs. Esma Laouadi, Deputy Head of the Economic Department at the French Embassy
- Presentation on Saudi Arabia’s giga-projects by Mr. Rachid Boulaouine, Country Director of Business France
- Overview of the French Trade Advisors (CCEF) by Mr. Jean-Philippe Bonnet, President of CCEF Saudi Arabia
- AM – Presentation of ASFAR and the Saudi tourism sector by Marwa Al-Malik, Director Corporate Communications.
- Insight into the Saudi legal framework for companies by Dr. Mohamed Ben Laden, Managing Partner of BLK Partners
- Overview of the Saudi retail sector by H.R.H. Princess Noura Bint Faisal Al Saud, CEO of Al Othaim Culture
- Networking luncheon with participants
This meeting served as an important platform for building ties and fostering collaboration between French businesses and their Saudi counterparts.
