CAFS Organizes Masterclass on AI Leadership in Collaboration with ESSEC Business School

 The Saudi French Business Council, in collaboration with ESSEC Business School, organized an exclusive Masterclass for its members titled “Leading Change in the Age of Artificial Intelligence” on October 28, 2024, held at the Federation of Saudi Chambers.

The Masterclass was conducted by Prof. David Sluss, Professor of Management at ESSEC Business School, who shared valuable strategies on the driving and restraining forces in implementing AI innovations within organizations. He also explored how “AI agents” are reshaping leadership and the process of guiding others through change.

The meeting was concluded by a networking session among participants.
