CAFS welcomes a Business Delegation of CCI France Liban

The Saudi French Business Council (CAFS) held a welcoming meeting chaired by its President, Dr. Mohammed Ben Laden, for a delegation from CCI France Liban, on February 26, 2024, at the Federation of Saudi Chambers. The meeting was attended by His Excellency the French Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Mr. Ludovic Pouille, who gave an overview of the relations between the Kingdom and France. Mr. Samuel Ménard, Head of the Economic Department at the French Embassy, also presented an overview of the Saudi economy and Vision 2030.

Following that, Mr. Bassem Hamada, CEO of Bassam Trading (BTC), presented a comprehensive overview of the hospitality and healthcare sector in Saudi Arabia.

Following the meeting, a detailed session about the investment conditions for foreign companies in the Kingdom was presented by representatives of BLK Partners; Mr. Ziad Al-Khouri, CEO, Mr. Wissam Hashem, and Mr. Jeff Green.

This meeting brought together more than 60 participants from Saudi and French companies that are members of CAFS. The delegation included representatives from 40 companies of various sizes and sectors, all interested in expanding their activities in the Kingdom. The delegation was led by Mr. Maxence Duault, President of CCI France Liban, and Mrs. Marie Hélène Héry, Director of CCI France Liban.

The meeting was concluded by a working lunch among the participants.
