CAFS Organizes a Masterclass on “Driving Engagement Through Self-Determination Theory”

The Saudi French Business Council (CAFS) organized a masterclass titled “Driving Engagement Through Self-Determination Theory” led by Mr. Frédéric Morales. The event was held at the Federation of Saudi Chambers on May 8, 2025.

During the masterclass, Mr. Morales explored how neuroscience and Self-Determination Theory can transform engagement strategies for employees, clients, and partners—directly supporting Vision 2030’s human capital development goals and the Saudization initiative.

During the meeting, CAFS was represented by its President Dr. Mohamed Ben Laden and Vice President Eng. Soufyan AlKabbani.
