Mohamed BEN LADEN has been the President of the Saudi-French Business Council (CAFS) since 2012.

He is also chairman of the MOHAMED BEN LADEN LAW FIRM (MBLLF), a law firm that he founded in Riyad in 1999, specializing in business law. He has developed a well-known expertise in the structuring of international agreements.

Mohamed BEN LADEN was the “Global Law Expert – Recommended Attorney” in 2014.

The firm that he presides over was awarded the prize for “Best Middle East Law Firm 2012” in Paris by the “International Legal Alliance Summit and Award.”

He is the arbitrator for the Commercial Arbitrage Center for Gulf States in Bahrain. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in London, the London Court of International Arbitration, and other international legal institutions.

Mohamed BEN LADEN is the author of many articles on the legal environment of foreign investments in Saudi Arabia as well as on the bilateral relations between France and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Mohamed BEN LADEN is Knight of the National Order of the French Legion of Honor and Officer of the Order of Academic Palms.

BIOGRAPHY

He studied civil engineering at King Saud University in Riyadh and graduated in 1988.

He has been Vice President of the CAFS since 2012.

In 1990, he established International Aramoon Co. LTD, a leading Saudi company in water Leak Detection and water loss reduction from networks, specialized in No-Dig Test & Repair of Water and Sewer Network. He is considered the local entrepreneur in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf in this field.

The Water Operation Project implemented by his company in Mashaer area in Mecca won an international award in Paris in 2018 by the Global Water Intelligence for the Smart Water Project of the Year.

In 1994, he established Faiz Alelweet Engineering Consulting Company. In 1996, he is co-founder of Al Safinate in France which is specialized in Arabian horses breeding and participating in horse racing inside and outside France. In 2014, he founded Aramoon Pipe Inspection and Rehabilitation LLC in Abu Dhabi UAE to provide the same services in the field of water and sewage. In 2017, acquired the majority of Aquageo the Spanish consultant, which is specialized in hydraulic modeling and consulting works for water networks.

He is a member of the Saudi Council of Engineers, a member of the International Society for Trenchless Technology (ISTT), a member of the American Water Works Association (AWWA), and a member of the International Water Association (IWA).

In 2012, he was decorated by The President of the French Republic with the French National Order of Merit Knight, one of the highest honors in France.

Following the successful initiation, management, and implementation of high-profile, large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia, including the Kingdom’s first ever ‘Fashion Week’, Her Highness Princess Noura bint Faisal Al Saud joined the Ministry of Culture’s Fashion Commission, where she drove the nation’s fashion industry sector strategy, and launched Saudi’s inaugural fashion mentorship program and the first Saudi Fashion Week.

A return to private sector in 2022 saw her establish Culture House, a creative agency delivering cultural activations and innovative communications solutions.

In 2023 Princess Noura was recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, and became Chairwoman of the Forbes Middle East Women’s Summit.

In 2024, one of Saudi’s leading retail and entertainment companies, Al Othaim Investment, invited her to join as Advisor to the Group’s CEO, and most recently appointed her CEO of Al Othaim Culture Company, where she oversees fashion and cultural activities within the group.

In September 2024, Princess Noura was recognized by Business of Fashion, and joined the exclusive BOF 500, the definitive index of the people shaping the global fashion industry.

In 2025, she became CEO of JAY3LLE.
