Over the past 30 years Prof. Rhoda Davidson have been a business consultant, entrepreneur, and business professor.
She holds a PhD in Philosophy & Management Science from Oxford University and from University of Geneva, and an MBA from INSEAD France.
She is currently the EM Lyon Business School’s Program Director for MBAs programs, with a mandate to develop executive leaders who can drive transformation in today’s fast paced business environment.
She is a Professor of Strategy who has designed and delivered executive education programs at EM Lyon Business School, IMD, ETH Zurich, and Duke Corporate Education.
She started her career as a business consultant at McKinsey & Company, and run her own business consulting company.
Her research has appeared in academic and practitioner journals including the McKinsey Quarterly and MIT Sloan Management Review.
