CAFS Organizes a Masterclass in Collaboration with ESCP Business School

The Saudi French Business Council (CAFS) organized an online masterclass titled “Hypertransformation & Resilience: Which Levers for Organizational Strategy?” in collaboration with ESCP Business School on May 5, 2026, via MS Teams.

The session, open to CAFS and members of the CCI France network (Kuwait, Lebanon, UAE), featured Dr. Bastian Dufilhol, PhD, who addressed the growing reality in which crisis has become the norm and stability the exception. He highlighted the significant managerial and organizational impacts of this context.

The masterclass explored pathways toward organizational resilience, emphasizing the need for high-speed transformation strategies built on key drivers: structures, processes, human factors, and technology.
