Meeting with French Delegations - Business France

Introduction

The Saudi French Business Council (CAFS) is organising a meeting on 25 November 2025, at the Federation of Saudi Chambers in Riyadh, for the two delegations of French companies organised by Business France, as part of their Saudi French Business Forum and Booster Grow Program.

These delegations will bring together 70 French companies.

This meeting, open to CAFS members and French companies only, will give way to panel discussions and to a networking lunch, offering the opportunity to Saudi companies to meet with French companies.

Provisional program

9.00 am – Registrations & welcoming coffee with participants
9.30 am – Welcoming speech by Dr. Ben Laden, President of the Saudi French Business Council (CAFS)
9.45 am – Welcoming speech by Mr. Axel Baroux, Director Middle-East of Business France
10.00 am – Keynote speech by H.E. Mr. Patrick Maisonnave, Ambassador of France to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
10.15 am – Panel Discussion – “Legal & Business Environment for French investors in Saudi Arabia”

- Presentation of macro-economics and key indicators by Mr. Samuel Ménard, Head of the Economic Department of the French Embassy
- Presentation of the legal framework and the registration process for French investors by Mr. Philippe Fadlalla, Partner at BLK Partners
- Presentation of export support schemes for French exporters, by Mr. Denis Lefers, General Director for Export Insurance at BPI France
