In a world where data lags behind reality, where markets shift overnight and geopolitical turbulence redraws the rules of business, what is a CEO’s most underestimated strategic asset?
This masterclass invites CEOs operating in Saudi Arabia to explore intuition, not as a vague gut feeling, but as a scientifically grounded, trainable cognitive capability that top executives use to make faster, sharper, and more confident decisions precisely when clarity is in short supply.
Drawing on cutting-edge research and real-world corporate applications, the session will examine how intuition complements — and sometimes outperforms — conventional analysis in conditions of uncertainty, instability, and incomplete information. From navigating the ongoing Middle East crisis to steering strategy in Saudi Arabia’s rapidly transforming business landscape, participants will discover practical frameworks to unlock and leverage their own intuitive intelligence.
Holding a PhD in artificial intelligence, Alexis Champion has also made intuition his field of expertise for nearly 20 years. Founder of the company iRiS Intuition, he has led more than 100 consulting projects for businesses and public services, in fields as varied as industry, human resources, banking, and archaeology. Together with his teams, he also works with artists, military personnel, and high-level athletes.
iRiS Intuition is also a professional training organization and conducts scientific research alongside institutional and academic partners, including Paris 8 University, the Polytechnic University of Hauts-de-France, CNAM, CEA Tech, and the Research Center of the French Football Federation. iRiS focuses on decision-making in situations of high uncertainty or urgency, as well as creativity and innovation.
Alexis is currently co-supervising two PhD projects at the intersection of intuition and artificial intelligence, in the fields of justice and intelligence. His main areas of reflection and commitment are research into perception and consciousness, human-machine differences and complementarities, and creativity.
