{"id":7930,"date":"2013-01-08T18:38:00","date_gmt":"2013-01-08T18:38:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cafs.org.sa\/?p=7930"},"modified":"2023-03-17T18:41:39","modified_gmt":"2023-03-17T18:41:39","slug":"1st-meeting-of-the-members-of-the-cafs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cafs.org.sa\/fr\/1st-meeting-of-the-members-of-the-cafs\/","title":{"rendered":"1\u00e8re r\u00e9union des membres du CAFS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>8 janvier 2013 \u2013 1\u00e8re r\u00e9union des membres du CAFS<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Programme de la 1\u00e8re rencontre des membres du CAFS<br>Date : mardi 8 janvier 2013, dans la r\u00e9gion Est<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 \u2013 La formation d&#039;un groupe de travail entre les membres du comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 \u2013 La formation des repr\u00e9sentants du CAFS dans les r\u00e9gions Est et Ouest (notamment pour l'accueil des d\u00e9l\u00e9gations fran\u00e7aises en visite dans la r\u00e9gion et faciliter les transferts des diff\u00e9rentes d\u00e9l\u00e9gations).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9gion orientale (Salah Al-Qahtani + Ali Al-Yami + Yusuf Al-Dossari)<br>R\u00e9gion Ouest (Mohammed Al-Amoudi + Lama al-Suleiman + Ibrahim Fouda)<br>3 \u2013 Retour sur le sujet du Forum \u00e9conomique franco-saoudien qui s&#039;est tenu du 11 au 13 avril 2013 et constitution d&#039;une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation pour l&#039;\u00e9v\u00e9nement qui se d\u00e9roulera en France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 \u2013 Des visites dans les grandes r\u00e9gions fran\u00e7aises, celles qui ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 visit\u00e9es et celles qui ne l&#039;ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5 - S\u00e9lection d&#039;une r\u00e9gion sp\u00e9cifique o\u00f9 un ministre ou un fonctionnaire du gouvernement est bas\u00e9 pour chaque visite d&#039;un membre du CAFS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6 - Formation d&#039;une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation sp\u00e9ciale dans un domaine particulier pour chaque visite des membres du CAFS en France (par exemple : sant\u00e9, m\u00e9decine, agriculture, transport, entrepreneurs, industriels, etc.) avec l&#039;aide du Comit\u00e9 national des chambres de commerce saoudiennes. Les noms choisis seront invit\u00e9s par les membres du Comit\u00e9 Ex\u00e9cutif. La partie fran\u00e7aise fournira des agences sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es. Il est \u00e0 noter que les membres choisis pour participer \u00e0 ces visites sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es doivent \u00eatre distincts et apporter une valeur ajout\u00e9e \u00e0 la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation, et pas seulement physiquement pr\u00e9sents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7 - Disponibilit\u00e9 d&#039;informations suffisantes sur les expositions en France auxquelles les d\u00e9l\u00e9gations sur place pourraient assister.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8 - Visites p\u00e9riodiques des membres du gouvernement (Ministre des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res, Ministre du Commerce et de l&#039;Industrie, et autres) afin de les conna\u00eetre et de leur pr\u00e9senter la mission du CAFS, et d&#039;\u00e9couter leurs instructions et commentaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9 - Coordination des autorit\u00e9s fran\u00e7aises et saoudiennes pour permettre la pleine participation de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation fran\u00e7aise dans le pavillon qui leur est r\u00e9serv\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque \u00e9v\u00e9nement, qui aura lieu p\u00e9riodiquement dans le Royaume, soit \u00e0 Riyad, Djeddah, soit dans la r\u00e9gion de l&#039;Est, vu comment ce pourrait \u00eatre l&#039;occasion pour les hommes d&#039;affaires et entreprises saoudiens qui n&#039;ont pas voyag\u00e9 en France de visiter ces entreprises en retour. De plus, ce sera aussi l&#039;occasion pour les entreprises fran\u00e7aises d&#039;avoir un contact direct avec les entreprises saoudiennes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10 - La formation de comit\u00e9s sp\u00e9ciaux pour travailler sur les sujets suivants (comme propos\u00e9 par le Dr Yasser Al Harbi):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coordination des visites sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es en France avec analyse des r\u00e9sultats<br>Invitation d&#039;entreprises fran\u00e7aises travaillant dans le m\u00eame domaine en Arabie Saoudite<br>Combler les lacunes du march\u00e9 saoudien avec des produits et services fran\u00e7ais pour un avantage comparatif<br>Communiquer avec les entreprises fran\u00e7aises op\u00e9rant dans le Royaume afin de solidifier leur relation avec le Conseil<br>11 \u2013 Organiser la prochaine r\u00e9union des membres du Conseil de la r\u00e9gion de l&#039;Ouest.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>8 January 2013 &#8211;
