The event was held at the Federation of Saudi Chambers on May 8, 2025.<\/p><p>During the masterclass, Mr. Morales explored how neuroscience and Self-Determination Theory can transform engagement strategies for employees, clients, and partners\u2014directly supporting Vision 2030\u2019s human capital development goals and the Saudization initiative.<\/p><p>During the meeting, CAFS was represented by its President Dr. Mohamed Ben Laden and Vice President Eng.
